Educational Sector Impacted due to COVID-19

Hi friends, I am Girish Kallihal.

Please read this article fully.

Due to covid-19 almost all the sectors are affected. So in this article I am going to talk about the most important sector which is affected the most due to this covid-19 which is none other than the education sector. Education is very important for everyone but unfortunately the people who are working in the education sector are suffering a lot due to this Epic pandemic.

A nationwide lock-down imposed by the central government to prevent the spreading of this covid-19
has affected so many sectors and the education sector is the most affected sector. The people
who are working in the private education sector are suffering a lot as schools, colleges and
almost all the Institutions are closed until further orders from the government
but online classes continued.

Teachers are ready to take the classes offline but previously they never

took the classes online. Central Government, State Government and even

the management people are asked to take

the online classes for the students and cover the syllabus.

Coming to the government teachers that means

the people who are working in the government schools and

colleges are somehow managing their life as they are getting

the regular salary from the government. But if you look at

the private sector teachers that means the teachers those

who are working in the private educational institutions were suffered a lot

and still they are suffering a lot as the management people are not ready

to pay the salaries in timely manner, due to this private educational institution

teachers are in a critical position to lead their family.

Teachers are ready to take the classes online but taking the online

classes has a lot of problems and difficulties. while taking the online

classes the difficulties and the problems which are faced by

the teachers are follows

1. Some of the Teachers don't know which platform

to use to conduct the online classes.

2. Some teachers don't have smartphones,

laptops to conduct the online classes.

3. In some places teachers faced the network issues

while taking the online classes.

4. Most of the students are not attending these online classes.

5. While taking the online classes teachers have

to be in the silent place but that was very difficult sometimes.

6. Blackboard teaching was very much effective that is offline teaching but while

teaching online most of the teachers were not having the boards in their home.

7. Some of the teachers used to record their videos and they used to upload them

to YouTube but recording the videos say for example for the period of 1 hour

consumed a lot of space which is there in the mobile that is a storage issue they

have faced.

These are some of the few difficulties faced by most of the teachers.

After facing all these difficulties teachers have even successfully

conducted the online classes and have covered the syllabus as much as

possible but for their effort management people are not

ready to pay the salaries in a timely manner.

Most of the teachers are dependent on their salaries to lead

their family. Yes, we do agree that this is a difficult time and this is

the most difficult situation which we never expected. During this tough

time on the basis of humanity the management people should pay the salaries

to their faculties because they are the people who served the institution.

Last but not the least I request everyone to share this article to

the maximum so that it can reach management people.

If any improvements are required in this article feel free to comment in

the comment section below.
